As a result, the enviromental pollution also increase than before, especially the soild waste pollution which is a result of using a lot of disposable products. Because of their conveniences in parking food, so they are more popular especially in Viet Nam. A part of them is collected and processed but the other part is not and pollute the enviroment. So the using new materials, oganic materials is a great idea. Oganic materials can self-decomposition in the natural environment after a sort time. In order to actualize this idea, some oganic materials have been reseached and experimented, which able to make into products, so that design the die and the machine. After fall some samples and refered different materials from orther countries, areca leaves were chosen. Basic properties as mechanical, biological and chemical are reseached to serve the making products. Other hand, the dependence of the shaping of productions with another elements as humidity, temperature, time of pressing and heating has been found by experiences. The product is made using a molded die combined with heat-stressed heat through the compressed air cylinder system. If conditions are favorable, some new materials will be tried and machine will be more efficient.

Robot has been helping people in many fields such as service, industrial, medical, … The exist of them opens a new era, the era of science and technology, the creative intelligence , in which the muscular labor was gradually replaced by the labor of machinery. The hard work, requiring high accuracy that previously required several days to complete, robot can do it in just a few minutes. With high accuracy, the ability to operate non-stop, with good multi-tasking capabilities, the robot can gradually help people in all areas of life.
Also a student in engineering, we would like to be able to use the knowledge we have learned to contribute to building, developing and bringing the robot closer, more human-friendly. First in the school, in the learning environment we notice each time to the library to borrow books or read books. We could not immediately find the book we wanted. So we decided to experiment with researching and designing a robot to serve and support in this fields. That is Library robot.
Shrimp paste is a traditional food in Vietnam, it has a layer of minced meat which mixed with shrimp wrapped around the sugar cane. Currently, most of the shrimp paste is sold in the market are made by hand in the forming process. Therefore, shrimp paste products are very variety in size and style. The production of shrimp paste by manual method is not high productivity. It doesn’t guarantee the problem of safety food and hygiene. Therefore, the research and development of forming system for this product is an urgent requirement. It meets the demand of enterprises as well as the high demand of the households.
This project describes the processes of research, design and manufacture of the forming system including as automatic delivery part of sugar cane core, extrusion part of meat and shrimp. The most important part of system as well as the innovative structure is the forming system. This system meets the requirements of factory producing shrimp paste in forming of the product. The forming system has several new and innovation features. It guarantees high productivity, uniform product quality, food safety and hygiene is guaranteed, investment costs is low as well as easy maintenance.

The study investigated the role of effective massage head of robot in the interaction between human and robot. Through a process of design and controlled user evaluation, we examined the cooperation between robot and human as well as the physical influence of affective contact. The system scans to perceive and give motions and touch through elastic and vibration contact. We detail the design of the massage robot, which imitates massage experts with complex operations, then was enhanced through intelligent autonomous.

Besides, the advantages of kneading on human point are discovered by experts through their long-time working in this field. However, the current method that chiefly uses the human resource still has some defects. First of all, a human can do no more than he can, working in a long period of time can make therapists exhausted and the efficiency also decreases dramatically. Secondly, privacy is the considerable problem. Being looked and touched by a stranger is not a good experience. The most important thing is the contagion. Along with the development of medicine, viruses also increase considerably. The viruses can be spread through touch on the skin. All aforementioned reasons make the traditional method become outdated and risky as ever. Knowing that need, a massage machine is oncoming. It can be controlled by some buttons as well the remote control. Someone think that is convenient but the others argue that it is complicated and not suitable for the old and children. A totally automatic robot is in need.
Massage robot systems are performing and expected to perform healthcare missions. It is difficult to develop an intelligent robot, which performs point and massage tasks autonomously on human back. Current massage technology makes necessary to rely on the human operator for providing overall task contact and interaction, and for handling special situations. The benefits of automation of a massage robot have already been proved, which is operated to perform complex tasks. There are many advantages: first, the touch of human hands is replaced by the robot massage head; second, the control of the movements and trajectory can have greater resources available based on AI; third, the massage by robot permits to reduce workload; and forth, robot massage removes social evil to perform interaction between two people, etc. Hence, using robot for massage seems very attractive, but on the other side there are some important drawbacks or limitations that must be overcome: (i) human-robot interaction; (ii) determination of human points and massage lines being suitable to health care; (iii) lack of feedback signals with difficult control in operation. Under such a condition, special attention should be paid to contact forces when performing contact task with a robot on the human back. Therefore, the robot should be controlled autonomously with compliance feature. Compliance is useful to cope with the error caused by an imperfect model. Note that some sort of compliance feature on the manipulator, either active or passive, is effective for contact task.

As age increases the occurrences of disabilities are increasing which means they are not as active as young people and they require more assistance from their family members or their caregivers in places such as homes, nursing homes or hospitals. As the number of elderly is growing, the number of people living in long term care institutions are growing. According to the goals and standards of the health care system (WHO), this population should receive adequate service to be able to have a happy and healthy aging. The fast growing need for responding to these service requirements will have a great impact on the health care system. Nowadays many research groups are conducting their work to find different possible solutions for different kinds of people, environment and service by using the latest available technology.
Many elderly people are struggling with accomplishing even the most frequent daily activities. Today, various intelligent, and non-intelligent, machines and robots have been developed to meet the needs of the elderly and people with upper limb disabilities or dysfunctions in gaining independence in eating, which is one of the most frequent and time-consuming everyday tasks. However, in almost all cases, the proposed systems are designed only for the personal use the Western food and nothing effort to design a device for Vietnamese food has been previously made.
The elderly and their feeding requirements in environments such as nursing homes with many elderly residents dining together at least three times per day have not extensively been researched before. This, the unavailability of Vietnamese food feeding systems in the market, and the lack of related research motivated this project.
The aim of the thesis has been to make individuals with disability in arms, who have been fed during meals, completely or partially independent by use of the self-feeding device. It describes a self-feeding system designed to increase the independence of a person who is unable to use their arm for self-feeding. It is FeedBot, a highly integrated and compact service robot with manipulator and food index tray. FeedBot is an intelligent device for disabled people in the home health care is self-feeding manipulator especially to Parkinson patients, who have difficulty to feed the foods while eating. In particular, FeedBot combines the best of available technology including a 2 DOF light-weight manipulator and an index tray. It operates with a food tray and a manipulator to bring the foods from tray and feed to disabled people as Parkinson patients. The self-feeding system is operated autonomous by itself and sent food’s data and relative information to monitoring computer based on Internet. Besides, the tool of management can analyze the data according to the nutritional standards, and controller control movements of manipulator and automation tray based on health situation and needs of patients.

The purpose of this project is to develop “Pho vending machine” to meet needs of food in Vietnamese life and international export. Besides, this project can provide experience for researchers through using mechatronic knowledge to design and develop a machine with wide application.
The first target of this project is to produce a machine which can be able to work automatically, and meet the Vietnamese need.This machine have to store approximately fifty bowls, every part has to work exactly, stablity and as quick as possible. We have to make sure that customers fell satisfied after using us machine. The noodles is full of flavor with high quality and meet the requirement of food safety.
Detail objectives of the project consist of: designing and developing Pho storage mechanism (capacity to store 50 bowl), the structure of Pho softening mechanism, Pho pushing-out mechanism and chopsticks delivery mechanism. Designing and developing a simple mechanical mechanism to store and heat Pho. Pho is stored in a fridge with temperature is 5 to 10 degree and feeded by the conveyor. After that, Pho is softed by pouring hot water twice. In order to have a complete bowl of Pho, soup will be poured into the bowl and finally the bowl will be pushed out. Beside that, chopsticks delivery mechanism will provide a pair of chopsticks and a spoon. Moreover, the mechanisms are designed to can be easy to assemble, clean and make sure the food safety. Designing the control system consist of Control board, control suface and button.

Trong thời đại phát triển khoa học kỹ thuật ngày càng cao hiện nay thì rất cần thiết để có một máy bán bánh mì tự động đặt ở các nơi công cộng nhằm phục vụ khách du lịch và những người bận rộn.Trên thế giới còn có nhiều máy tự động bán các mặt hàng sau: mì ăn liền, đồ ăn nhanh, tuy nhiên đại đa số các sản phẩm này có xuất xứ từ thị trường Nhật Bản vùng có nhiệt độ thấp nên việc bảo quản thức ăn không quan trọng. Nên khi thiết kế và chế tạo phải đảm bảo bánh mì dự trữ không bị hư, sạch sẽ, không mất chất dinh dưỡng. Giá thành một máy bán hàng tự động nhập khẩu về khoảng150 – 300 triệu VND/sản phẩm.Thấu hiểu vấn đề đó, nhóm đã đề ra mục tiêu là thiết kế và chế tạo máy bán bánh mì tự động với giá thành thấp hơn 100 triệu và có thể thanh toán bằng tiền giấy Việt Nam đồng nhằm phổ biến máy đến khách hàng được dễ dàng hơn.
